Our operations department is responsible for the overall management of our homes and roles in the department include General Manager, Deputy Manager and Regional Operations Director - roles with both clinical and commercial autonomy.

The department ensures a motivated team delivers the optimal level of care and support for our residents, whilst providing sales and financial leadership, and ensuring our homes operate at peak efficiency.
The team oversees and is responsible for the quality of care, compliance, policies and procedure across our homes in England and Wales. As a regulated service, having a strong operations department can be the difference between good and exceptional care.
